Region Description:
We were excited to announce launch of FiA Hampton Roads on July 22, 2017! FiA Hampton Roads offers free, peer-led boot camp workouts and fitness challenges to women of all ages, backgrounds and ability-levels. During these workouts, we forge friendships, build inner-strength and pursue leadership opportunities. We currently run 3 workouts at Western Branch High School with the hopes of launching another AO in the very near future. Our goals are to make ourselves and each other stronger in mind, body and spirit through fitness and fellowship. We offer a fun, supportive environment because we truly believe we are #bettertogether and #strongertogether. #sweatsisters
Regional Logo Description:
Hampton Roads, VA is a collection of 7 cities in the Coastal Virginia area. The mermaid in the center of the logo is representative of Norfolk, a large city in the middle of Hampton Roads. The blue water symbolizes the Tidewater region (coastal area) of Hampton Roads, with the bridge tunnels our area is famous for ducking into and back out of the water. These symbols are then encompassed by the beautiful state of Virginia, which holds us all together. We are #strongertogether!
